The last lie or myth is that you will suffer with back pain for the rest of your life. That once back pain starts there is no long term back pain cure.

This is plainly untrue. If you learn to balance your muscles, get joints working better, ease stress and tension and generally improve your health and fitness, back pain relief is assured.
