The Back Pain Relief Lie You Never Knew
9/22 18:06:46
Back pain relief takes years and as you get older even longer. It is never easy to relieve back pain. Back pain always returns, it's just how it is.

Sound familiar? Are you the victim of these types of statements? Have you given up hope of ever being rid of your back pain?

People like you are told this on a daily basis. You are told back pain relief is not easy at all, it is so complex and difficult. Is this true?

I have some good news, it isn't. There are some strings attached. These statements become true if you only remove some of the causes of back pain.

The reason these statements become true is that most people and also most practitioners only ever remove part of the cause of back pain. If you only remove some of the problems, you will only get some of the answers.

I was once told a little saying of sorts. It said if you are a hammer, then everything is a nail. What this means is that if you only use one technique, you can only remove one problem.

This is the problem with most back pain relief methods. They use only one technique. So they can only remove one part of the problem.

Sure there are some that will respond with using one technique, some may even have long term results. The majority will find that your back pain remains, you may get temporary relief but that is all.

Back pain can disappear in minutes, days and at worse weeks. It should remain gone for the rest of your life. A cut heals and never comes back, so should your spine. For most this is not true. Why?

Because you are only ever shown part of the back pain relief picture. You are given a few stretches or exercises. You are then told to stick with it and your back pain will ease. You may have been shown a few techniques for your joints and told this will help.

Again, this only covers part of the cause of back pain. Back pain is not just physical, it is also related to stress and your general health. Just think when you are tired and stressed, your muscles tighten don't they.

If all you do is stretch, you will not get long term benefits until you learn to ease some of your stresses. Back pain relief may take years, you may have ongoing back pain as you age. The reason is simple...

If you want long term relief from back pain, you must use stretches for your muscles, joint techniques for the joint and pelvic imbalances, but you also need to look at your general health and stress levels. Otherwise your current back pain relief efforts will not give you long term results.
