Back pain relief can be a difficult task, no matter where your back pain is. It gets confusing all the time when you read more and more on the internet. What eventually happens is you still live with pain and are confused too.

A simple solution surely exists out there.

All pain is created by three main factors, certain muscles will tighten and muscle tightness causes pain. You also have muscle weakness that stops your spine from functioning well, this leads into other muscles working too hard, leading to pain once more. Joints if they fail to move freely will also create these muscle imbalances and pain develops.

The best and easiest solution for back relief is to eliminate both the symptoms and the cause. This is the only way to get lasting relief as by not removing the cause, you will doom yourself to temporary relief at best.

The error that most people make is listening to the advice that back pain relief is caused by only one issue. You may believe in error that all your pain comes from muscle tightness and that a few stretches or exercises is all you need.

For most long term back relief is hard to acheive, this is mainly due to the belief that back pain, no matter where it is comes from only one issue. You need to know that it is a mulit-faceted cause to get long lasting relief.

So where do you start, should you start with reducing muscle tension or building strength. And with joints do you need to see a practitioner or can you release tension in your joints at home? These are some of the many questions people ask when learning to relieve back pain.

If you become overwhelmed with all the information, it is common to not even attempt to remove your pain yourself. Unless you know how and where to start or even the simple steps to follow, then you are likely to never start.

But back pain relief is a simple process, if you follow a simple plan, target each of the areas together then pain will ease quickly. Reducing muscle tension is simply achieved with stretching, the best part is that if you use certain types of techniques you can both stretch and strengthen at the same time.

Eliminating poor joint movement is also part of the overall approach you need for long term relief. Joint techniques are easy to use and are painless too.

So don't be fooled into believing that back relief is a pain, in fact it is an easy process that anyone can do at home. But as always you will only get short term relief if you only address the symptoms and not the cause. And remember there are three parts to the cause too.
