Bad postures are the main causes of back pain. Abnormal sitting and standing postures account for back pain. Sitting for a long time in front of computer may exert pressure on the back muscles. This will result in intense pain.

The best remedy for this is to change the sitting posture every 30 minutes. It is also advisable to go for small walks in between every break session. You have to make sure to keep your back straight if your job requires you to stand for a long time otherwise you may put pressure on your lower back. Considering shoulder posture is also very important.
