Consult your physiologist about the best exercises to do at home. By exercising at least 15 minutes a day, 5 times a day you will experience lots of relief from back pain. However not exercising and overdoing things can make the pain worse.

Find out what aggravates your pain. It’s not advisable to sleep flat on your back; lying on your side is better. If you sleep on your back, put pillows under your knees and avoid using big pillows under your head. All this adds additional stress to your back.

It is essential you know your limits while doing your day to day activities. It’s okay to gradually stretch limits; however exceeding all limits will only lead to severe back pain.

Don’t keep thinking about your back pain problem. The more pessimistic you become, the more you start worrying and this in turn, increases the pain intensity. As this only worsens your pain, don’t think about it at all.

The greatest tip to combating back pain is accepting it. There is no magic cure for chronic back pain. However if you accept your pain, and in fact focus, lean and accept the pain, you find the pain diminishing with time.

These seven tips will provide relief from back pain. Though not easy at first, if you stick with them, your end results will be worth it.
