What Is The Cause Of Lower Back Pain

There are many reasons that can cause back pain, back pain comes suddenly after a person has had an accident, fall or has lifted something very heavy. In other cases back pain may manifest when the spine slowly changes due to our aging process.

There are some factors that may increase the risk for low back pain. The first is age, back pain is most common between 30 and 40. Another factor is the physical condition, a person who does not exercise a lot after being inactive for several days, is more likely to suffer painful back injuries as compared to someone who exercises more often.

Diet is one aspect to take into account, a person who consumes a lot of calories and fat and have an inactive lifestyle can become obese and cause stress to your back. Diseases such as arthritis and other conditions such as pregnancy and kidney stones may also be responsible for back pain. But perhaps one of the most important causes of occupational risk factors, people whose work involves heavy lifting or pushing objects, especially when doing the spine to twist or vibrate, are prone to back pain or injury. Other jobs such as desk jobs where people are inactive can also cause this pain, especially if they have poor posture or sit all day in an uncomfortable chair.

By lifting and bending incorrectly, you can stretch too much or torn muscles and ligaments of the back. Excess weight also adds stress to the back. A healthy spine is one that is properly aligned and supported by strong muscles in hips, abdomen and back. The muscles of the back can be stressed when they try to compensate abs or hips weak and lazy. Before starting any exercise program, is recommended that a doctor will do a complete evaluation so you can select the right exercises for fitness.

Stress and emotional problems of daily life play an important role in back pain low. Financial worries, family pressures and fatigue may aggravate muscle spasms back. It is better to inform your doctor of all pain whether severe or persistent lower back. So your physician can diagnose if you have have a more serious injury such as a herniated or ruptured disc.
