Lower Back Pain Exercises: A Cure to That Dreaded Pain in Your Back

Heel Slides – Start this exercise by lying on your back and then slowly bending and straightening your knee. Repeat the movement up to ten times.

Abdominal Contraction – This exercise starts with you lying on your back while bending your knees and then rests your hands just below your rib area. Afterwards, tighten your abdominal muscles and then squeeze your ribs down towards your back. When doing this, be sure to hold your breath and hold it for five seconds. Relax afterwards, and repeat this lower back pain exercises for up to ten times.

You might feel some pain when doing these lower back pain training exercises, but do not let your fear of pain prevent you from trying any of these exercises.
