What are the Most Common Causes of Lower Back Pain?

Before you can determine what treatment is going to work best for your upper or lower left back pain, you are going to need to take the time to determine what the causes of lower back pain are in your case. If you have lower left back pain, if you don’t know what is causing your pain then you are never going to be able to find a long-term treatment.

Causes

There are actually a few different causes of lower back pain that you are going to want to be aware of. One of the most common causes of lower back pain is stress. Believe it or not, even if you are not bending over on a regular basis, stress of any kind can end up taking a serious toll on your back. This is why you are going to want to be careful and make sure that you are taking care of your body and that you are never letting it go to rot.

This means even if you are getting older or have some sort of physical disability that you take the time to keep your body in shape and stay fit. Even if this means taking a jog around the block once every day, at least you know that you are going to be healthy and feel a lot better. It is the people who do not exercise and who end up letting their bodies go to rot who suffer from obesity and other problems.

Treatment

So once you have learned about the different causes of lower back pain and you realize what it is all about, now you can move on to trying to find a treatment that is going to offer you real results. There are fortunately quite a few different treatments, but you will want to start off small so start with ice and heat treatments, and then work your way up to acupuncture and aromatherapy if you have to because these are more serious but just as effective treatment options that you have available to you so that you can try and see if they work for you.
