What is Arthritis ? OR Definitions of arthritis

Arthritis is a condition of inflammation joints due to metabolic, infectious, trauma, injury, degenerative changes or constitutional causes. Arthritis person suffers from pain and inflammation in several joints of the body such as the elbows, knees, or hips and get difficulties in the movements.

Arthritis disease causes inflammation or pain in joints, stiffness and/or redness of the skin over the joint, weak immune system, swelling in joints or other body parts. These are the major and serious form of arthritis.

Arthritis occurs in different forms, such as Osteoarthritis, Bacterial arthritis, Gout, Juvenile or Rheumatoid arthritis. These diseases affect on joints and other connective tissues of the body such as tendons, ligaments, muscles and protective covering of internal organs. �Calcium: Use 2 teaspoon of calcium lactate 3 times daily before having meal for minimum 4 months. Each teaspoon provides 400mg of absorbable calcium. The mineral in the form of calcium lactate, helps to relive or disappeared the joints pains in arthritis.
�Vinegar Or Sandalwood: Massage the painful joints with hot vinegar or sandalwood paste before sleeping. This is simple and good home remedy for arthritis.

�Potato Juice: Use potato juice in the condition of arthritic and rheumatic. To make potato juice, without removing the skin, cut the medium sized potato into thin slices. Keep the slices into the cold water overnight and drink this water in the early morning having empty stomach. This is very beneficial home remedy for arthritis.
�Other Raw juices: Use juices made from green leafy vegetables and with celery, carrot and red beet juices. This juice gives the extra tissues to the joints. A pineapple juice helps to reduce the inflammation and swelling in the situation of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. Alternately drinking carrot, beet root or cucumber juice cab also be useful.

�Alfalfa: Consuming a tea made from the herb-alfalfa seeds is very beneficial home remedy for arthritis. Add 1 teaspoon of alfalfa in 1 cup of water to make tea and consume this tea 3 to 4 cups daily for at least 2 weeks.
�Lemon juice and Honey: Prepare a mixture of 2 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon honey in warm water and consume it daily in the morning. It is very beneficial home remedy for arthritis.
�Apple cider vinegar and Honey: Prepare a mixture of 2 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon honey in warm water and consume it daily in the morning. It is very effective home remedy for arthritis.
�Mustard or Coconut Oil: Massage warm mustard oil or coconut oil mixed with 2 or 3 pieces of camphor on aching and rigid joints. It helps to overcome the stiffness and inflammation by massaging and increase the blood supply.
�Castor Oil: Add 2 tablespoon of boiled castor oil into the glass of orange juice. Use this before the breakfast everyday at least for 3 weeks and continue this for another 3 weeks. Prefer alkaline diet compulsory when using this remedy otherwise its useless.
�Different Oils: Lavender, Sage , Dilute Garlic, Juniper, Rosemary, Sassafras or Thyme oils in the amount of 1 part to 10 parts of olive oil and massage it on the joints to get instant relief from pain. It is very effective home remedy for arthritis.
�Make a mixture of 2 part olive oil and 1 part kerosene and apply it on the affected area of pain. It is very effective home remedy for arthritis.
�Consume 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder with warm water daily to get relief from joints pain.
�Drink a tea made from a cup of papaya seeds 6 to 7 times in a day for 2 to 3 weeks. It helps to decrease joints pain
