Spinach Pesto

Ingredients:
1.    Spinach leaves (packed & rinsed)- 4 cup
2.    Walnuts/pine nuts- ¼ cup
3.    Garlic- 1 ½ large cloves (diced)
4.    Salt- As per taste
5.    Olive oil- 3-4 tbsp
6.    Lemon juice- 1- 2 tsp
Direction:
•    Place the spinach leaves in a food processor/blender.
•    Blend till they are almost crushed.
•    Pour the nuts, garlic& salt & blend again.
•    Gently add olive oil & blend again.
•    Lastly pour the lemon juice & blend.
•    Allow the whole thing to blend properly until get the desired smooth look.
