Bone and Connective Tissue

You can be a victim of cancer, or a survivor of cancer. It's a mindset - Dave Pelzer

"The cancers that are most widely known are cancers of  organs like breast, skin, kidneys, colon, and the like.

An additional widely known family of cancers are those that arise in blood such as lymphoma and leukemia.

There is a third family of cancer, however, that arises in the tissue that hold all of us together. These are sarcomas. They are cancers of muscles and bones and nerves and arteries and fat.

Sarcomas are a rare family of cancer with dozens of subtypes...The people fighting   sarcomas are our   neighbors, our ministers, our service providers, our   parents, and our children." Source: Sarcoma Warriors.
