The different symptoms of bone cancer are indicative of the various stages of bone cancer. The earlier the symptoms get diagnosed in the right manner better are the chances of the patient for survival. The early symptoms of the bone cancer include pain, presence of lumps under the skin in the affected region, problems in normal movement of the limbs, brittleness and the fracture of bones, fatigue, anemia, fever, rapid loss in weight, tenderness as well as presence of swelling in the joint regions etc. Some of the secondary bone cancer symptoms include chronic pain in the area which is affected, pathological fractures, paralysis due to too much pressure on the spinal cord; hypercalcemia that leads to constipation, drowsiness, nausea and even confusion and decreased body immunity leaving it susceptible to various diseases. The right diagnosis of the bone cancer is most vital then and only then the right treatment can be made available to the patient. The various stages of bone cancer are as follows

1. In the first stage the bone cancer still remains within the bone area and is in the low grade stage. Some of the symptoms of bone cancer at this stage include swelling of the bone which occurs when the developed tumor presses into the wall of the bone structure. Afterwards the tumor starts growing inside the bone wall and moves out of the compartment into which it was born.

2. Out of the different stages of bone cancer in the second stage the spread of the cancer still remains within the bone where it was born but has turned into the high grade variety instead of the low grade. Later the cancerous tumor flies off the coop and spreads to the nearby tissues after coming out of its bone compartment.

3. In the third and the final stage of the bone cancer it gets spread up to the other bones in the body as well as other tissues in different areas. In most of the cases the bone cancer commonly spreads up to the lung region of the body and in others it has the tendency to affect the other bones of the body.

Cancer is a dreaded disease mostly because it is hard to diagnose this disease in the incipient stages and when finally the symptoms of bone cancer are determined for what they are; in most of the cased it is already too late. The treatment and the cure vary according to the stages of bone cancer.
