The next position is called locust position. Lie flat allowing the forehead touching the surface. Stretch arms in such a way that your palms can touch the ground. Slowly lift your two legs without feeling pain.

The next position to perform is the corpse position. You can do it by lying on your back with the arms on the sides. You should perform it in a relaxing way and taking a slow breath. This position decreases the pain in the back as well as release the stress.
This procedure is called back strengthening exercise that helps improve balance and control.
