Watermelon Sorbet

Watermelon in a rich source of vitamin C & able to act as an effective anti-oxidant. It has potential to fight against cancer. It can enhance the body energy. Watermelon is capable of resisting erectile dysfunction.  This source of potassium can control your blood pressure level. It is beneficial for osteoarthritis & rheumatoid arthritis patients. It can lower the possibilities of heart diseases. It has potential to maintain your sharp vision, particularly at night.

Ingredients:
1.    Watermelon (diced & seeded)- 8 cup
2.    Water- 4 cup
3.    Sugar- 2 cup
4.    Salt- A pinch
5.    Fresh lemonade (concentrate)-  1 can/12 ounce (undiluted &  thawed)

Direction:
•    Take & medium sized saucepan & boil water along with sugar.
•    Stir continuously till the sugar is dissolved completely.
•    Take it off from the heat & let it cool.
•    Use the blender/food processor to make a smooth juice of water melon.
•    Pour the sugar syrup in the watermelon juice & make a smooth liquid.
•    Now add the concentrated lemonade.
•    Keep the mixture aside & let it cool.
•    Pour the liquid in the (refrigerator safe container) ice cream maker & operate according to the directions.
