Joint pain is commonly known as arthritis. It’s a worldwide problem & it mostly occurs for heavy weight people. It is a huge obstacle to your normal movements. It can restrain your natural activities in several ways, but solutions are always there.

•    Exercise is the best way to get relief from the arthritis pain. In your daily exercise routine include some motions, stretching, functional movements etc.

•    Putting on weight also enhances the joint pain, so try to maintain proper weight.

•    People suffering from heel pain or joint pains should keep distance from the high heel shoes. Consider the rocker bottom shoes for some relief.

•    You can also use Tensor bandages; braces can provide mild compression and support and hence reduces the stress on joints.

•    Rub the ice pad or hot bag on the affected joints it can provide you some relief.

•    In few cases physical therapies are required, so consult your doctor before taking any ultimate decision.

•    As a pain reliever chondroitin & glucosamine supplements have also been recommended. These can slow down the bone joints cartilage deterioration.  Before consuming these consult a professional.

•    Some of the easily available pain reducers are aspirin, ibuprofen, acetaminophen, but professional consultation is needed.

•    Some ointments or creams are also available, which can also reduce your pain.

•    For some serious cases doctor’s advice surgery. Before taking the ultimate decision don’t forget to take a look at the second opinion.
