left feet swollen
i have a swollen ankle in my left foot the doctor take me a x-ray and i don't have a broken bone but my swollen have 3 weeks she said i have a tissue damage but i need to wait one month for the swollen go down in the tarsal in the cuboid i have the inflammation bad .what i can do in my home for back to normal?i can use a bandage ? please tell me what i can do thanks
AnswerIce is very helpful and wearing an ACE bandage, ankle brace, or even an immobilizing boot will be helpful.
If the swelling isn't better (not gone, just better) in a few more weeks, ask for an MRI.
