Question
I have reduced mobility in my neck with constant clicking and stiffness.   Just recently my right knee has started clicking every time I walk upstairs and is also stiff.  are the two related and what would be possible causes/remedies.  I am 43 year old female with no recent injuries and I do not play sport.

My apologies for taking so long to get back to you. I was unaware of your question until just now...

At any rate, my opinion is that there is likely a lot of tension that has accumulated in your system. It is liekly causing dengenerative changes. My opinion is that this tension is placing pressure on the joint system of the body, and creating biomechanical imbalances.

Get to a good chiropractor and get this checked and/or corrected before the problem gets worse.
