Question
These are the impressions of my mri, please advise on what I should do to fix the problems:  Any self home care advise would be appreciated as well and diet.

Impression:

1.  Mild straightening of the normal cervical lordosis.
2.  c5-6 intervertebral disk bulge extending greater to the left with mild neural foraminal narrowing on the left.

Answer
This is something that a Chiropractor would be able to help you with.
As far as homecare,Certain manufactures make at home cervical traction units.
I like Saunders it runs around $400, this will help to reduce pressure on the disc and decrease nerve pressure,as far as the loss of curve this is something a Chiropractor that utulizes the CBP technique can correct.
