hello i am a 32 years old female i hurt my neck and shoulder 4 months ago lifting chairs and tables i am a waitress. i still have a lot of pain in neck and i cannot lift many things like carrying my groceries or carryig my laundry bag because it cause pressure and pain in my neck. these are my mri results:
    there is mild uncovertebral hypertrophy and disc bulge at the c4-5 and c5-6. minimal uncovertebral hypertrophy at c3-4 and c6-7. there is no focal disc protrusion seen. no central canal or neural foramen stenosis identified. No significant facet arthropaty demonstrated. there is no central canal or neural foramen stenosis seen.
       mild degenerative changes as described in the midcervical spine.
                
        mi wcb physioterapist is telling me that my mri results are normal and that i can go back to work. but i still have pain and stiffness in my neck, also numbness in my hands arms legs and feet.  could these be Arthritis? is it safe to go back to my waitress job? i am very worry of lifting heavy things becacuse i don't know if i am hurting myself more. help! thank u very much for your time
