Chronic leg pain.

Question
My Dad has constant pain in his leg.  He's been diagnosed with 2 out of 3 100% blockages in the arteries in his leg, and there's nothing they can do.  My question, in your opinion, where can he go from here?  Thanks for any advice!

Answer
Although this problem is out of my area of expertise, I can point you to investigate chelation therapy as a possible way to clear arterial blockages.  The therapy is controversial, however.  Though safe, there are those who question its efficacy.

Sometimes, surgery is done to replace blocked arteries with arteries taken from elsewhere in the body.  Again, controversial.

Perhaps get a second (or third) medical opinion.
