I can't find any relief for acid reflux when I am lying down.  Any ideas?

Find a Relax the Back store near you and go there and get the right kind of pillows.  I think you need a mechanical bed that elevates you also.  There are pillows that you can buy that may elevate you to the degree that you need.

Have you had a sleep apnea study done yet?
