GOOD AFTER NOON,
          I AM SUFERING PAIN IN MY NECK FROM LAST ONE YEAR  INITIALLLY IT WAS NOT SO PAINFUL BUT AS OF NOW I AM VERY UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THIS PROBLEM SOME TIMES MY NECK AND HEAD SEEMS ME TO SO HAVY THAT I FEEL TOTALY HELPLSS TO MOVE MY HEAD EVEN. PLEASE SUGEST ME SOME THING FOR MY BETRRMENT.

Sorry to hear you have had this pain for so long.

I will need some additional information before I can tell you much.

Does it hurt more when you try to turn your head? If so, is it the same to either side?

Do you recall injuring your neck in an accident?

Do you have any numbness or tingling in your arms or legs?

Do you work at a desk or office job?

Does it feel more like a neck pain or a headache?

If you can give me some of this information, I may be able to give you a more informed response.
