Question
I was watching this ad on TV the other day and wanted to know what you thought of this. I did have spinal decompression done on me and it did help for a while but I just can't afford to keep this type of treatment up as often as I need it. The e-mail for this back pain aide is in subject line. I actually have a compressed disc and I really don't want to have surgery either. I am a 54 year old male in other wise pretty good health and shape.....Thanks Mike

I've never heard of "Trueback" so I can't really speak about it.  I did check out the website and my first gut reaction was "sell job" as it looks like a lot of hype.

My advice is to ask your doctor and see what e recommends as to whether the support would be helpful or harmful for you as he knows your situation best.
