Question
I have been in for therapy once and they gave me exercises to increase my mobility. I seem to have about 80% of my movement back with little to no pain but lately I have had a dull ache in the right arm (injury side). No numbing sensation in the arm or fingers. I have been taking Advil for inflammation. Are there any other remedies that you could recommend.

Hello, James.

Pain does not necessarily indicate inflammation.

The likelihood is that you still have muscles in contraction.

The remedy is to free the muscles from contraction by recovering ordinary control of their tension level.

My recommendation would depend uon where you feel the pain, exactly.

For now, I can recommend write-ups I've done.

I await hearing from you, again.
