Question
How many times a week should I see a chiropractor? My Chiropractor wants me to come in three times a week. I have no injuries. My neck is out of adjustment in 2 places. I don't think it's necessary for me to come in 3 times a week. Please advise.

Thanks,

Kim

Answer
in general, i find that most patients do well starting at two times a week, though three times a week in some cases for a short time may be appropriate. genuine chiropractic is a science, and the frequency of your visits, just as all other aspects of your care, is not to be based on your symptoms, rather, it is to be based on your progress measured through objective test findings. attempting to evaluate the effectiveness of your care based solely on how you feel, especially near the beginning can be very misleading as there are too many variables involved. if you decide to seek another opinion, i recommend you seek out an HIO METHOD doctor. i would accept no substitutes.
