I have a severe pain in my upper back that also seems like a burning sensation.  It feels like my other muscles feel when I have worked them hard.  Also what can you do about me missing Ms. Schell?

I have a severe pain in the neck anytime I think about St. Louis...well, school anyways. St. Louis was fun if you knew who to party with!

You need a chiropractor. Plain and simple. And about Ms. Schell, well, I don't know who that is. The only Schell I know is Dr. Schell, and I heard she's a pretty damn good doctor.
