Answer
Hello, DEE.
This is TOM Here!
I really do wish thing's would go better for you! I can understand what it is like to be used as a Pin Cushion.
I also realize how frustrating it can be having to undergo all those test's, And Treatments. But! We both know that they are a requirement. I just hope that something good will come of them. I also know that it is harder to go through when you are in Pain, And discomfort. It doesn't help matter's much, When they are poking, And proding,And making the pain worse. I Know you are a very strong person, And you WILL overcome this. I also know that you will keep a positive outlook, And stay " PRO-ACTIVE" In you're road to Recovery. I want to tell you that" Aquatic Therapy" IS a great way to ease the Pain. By getting into the Heated pool, You not only will take the weight off you're lower back, You will find that it will ease the tension, And tightness that comes with having a back Injury. As for the
Physical therapy. You need to tell the therapist when, And where you are having the discomfort, For you do not want to aggrevate the injury even more than it is. The therapist's want to try and push you more than you are supposed to, This is not the way to achieve any kind of relief, Alot of the time, It just make's the pain worse. Aquatic therapy is a better way to ease the pain. Until you find out the result's of all those test's you are having to do, You need to limit you're therapy, Causing more pain is not going to help matter's much for you. You should do some light stretching, And remember to Ice the area in question for 20 miniutes. Finding out the result's first, Before you go diving into a full Physical Therapy program will only cause you more Discomfort to you're back. Take it as fast, Or slow as you're body will let you. You will know when, And how much to do. I know it is hard sometimes to bear, But! For the well being of you're recovery, Please stay focused, And try to keep a big smile on you're face, you are not alone here DEE! I will be thinking of you, And will pray you get better as the day's go by. You can write to me anytime, That is why I take time from my day to answer those questions, I care! You take really good care of yourself DEE, Time will heal all wounds, And remember to stay Positive! That will help you the most in the tough road to recovery. God bless you DEE, Thank you for taking the time to write to me. Now let's see a great big smile there! That's it!! That wasn't so hard now, Was it? :)
Thing's WILL get better for you, You know this! I know this!
You take good care of yourself DEE, Sincerley....
