Question
I'm hoping someone can help me understand the results of the above listed tests.  My doctor will only tell me that I have scoliosis which is creating early wear/tear on my body.  I'd love to have some type of plan moving forward.

Thoracic Spine Film Impressions: upper thoracic levoscoliosis and thoracolumbar dextroscoliosis with narrowing of several mid thoracic disc spaces and spondylosis

Cervical Spine Plain Film Series: cervicothoracis levoscoliosis and osteophytic narrowing of the right C3-4. c4-5 neural foramina, most narrowed at c3-4 with reversal of the lower cervical lordosis with narrowing of c5-c6 and c6-7 disc spaces with spondylosis

MRI of Lumbar Spine Page One

L1-2: No herniated nucleus pulposus or significant central spinal canal stenosis. The neural foramina appear essentially patent

L2-3: same as L1-2

L3-4: loss of dis height and hydration. Hypertrophic facets and ligamentum flava indent the posterolateral thecal sac producing central stenosis.

L4-5: Loss of disc height and hydration with disc bulge, spondylosis and hypertrophy of the facets and ligamentum flava producing moderate central and bilateral lateral recess stenosis with bilateral neural foramen stenosis. Small hemangioma is also noted in the L4 level

L5-S1: Grade 1 posterolisthesis of L5 on S1 with loss of disc hydration. Focal herniated nucleus pulposus effaces ventral epidural fat. Herniation remains at level of disc space. Facet arthropathy is noted bilaterally.

MRI of Lumbar Spine Page Two

Thoracolumbar Levoscoliosis is noted

hemangioma is noted within the L2 vertebra

L3-4: loss of dis height and hydration. Hypertrophic facets and ligamentum flava indent the posterolateral thecal cac producing central stenosis

L4-5 Level: Loss of disc height and hydration with disc bulge, spondylosis and hypertrophy of the facets and ligamentum flava producing moderate central an dbilateral lateral recess stenosis with bilateral neural foramen stenosis. small hemangioma is also noted in the l level

L5-S1: grade 1 posterolisthesis of L5 on S1 with loss of dic hydration. Focal herniated nucleus pulposus effaces ventral epidural fat. Hernation remains at level of dis spacet Facet Arthropathy is noted bilaterally.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Answer
Okay, you need a new doc.
Your films show you have bone closing down your nervous system's openings!! And all they talked about is your scoliosis?

Your MRI's show arthritis, degenerative disc disease,  and lateral recess stenosis!!  You need to get to a chiropractor immediately, and have THEM go over your images.

Good for you, getting after this early..., Disc issues necver go away!   Read my other answers on here and you can see it's much of the same stuff when it comes to the disc, and the more aggressive you are with your care the better the end result.

feel free to call me, if you wish, for a referral for someone close to you.
