Somebody suckered punched in the head 5 times tonight. I have large lumps on my head and am worried there may be something wrong. I have never been a fight before and this came out of no where. I feel very nauesaus and feel like I am going to vomit. I am also a little dizzy. What should I do..

 You should go to the ER or your primary care physician right away.  You probably have a concussion.  You should have those lumps checked out because you DO NOT want to have a cranial bleed and have something more serious become apparent.  Please go see a MD right away.
