Question
Hello, I have been experiencing neck pain and headaches and the rear lower of my head. This started last year right around the same time my sinuses became plugged. After a year one of my nasal passages (they alternate from left to right) is still constantly plugged. I do no have medical insurance........ could this be related ? Thank You, Mike.

Hi, Mike,

Neck pain, sinus congestion and "rear lower" headaches are related to chronic neck tension, the first, to muscle fatigue and soreness, the second, to tight neck muscles in front of the neck vertebrae (back of throat) and the last, in the sub-occipital muscles (base of head/top of neck).

Medical insurance wouldn't help, anyway.  There's nothing in medical science to remedy those problems; there is, however, in the field of clinical somatic education.

The most direct response I can give you appears in my article on headaches, link below.
