Hello
I have throat and neck pain across my shoulder its worse on the right side and has started to radiate the whole length of my spine that is now going down my legs my spine is throbbing my gp cannot explain the pain and the mri report was inconclusive  I am out of ideas as to what is the cause of the pain my gp is only concerned with my occluded arteries I am getting very desperate for help as no doctors I have gone to see (GPs or specialists) seem to be able / willing to help. I have seen a chiropractor and a physiotherapist each has given different exercises none of which helps

Any help / suggestions you can provide would be greatly appreciated. I'm starting to get fairly desperate, and just have no idea what to do. This pain is ruining my life!

Thanks in advance!

Answer
Hello Sandra,

I'm very sorry to hear about what you're going through.  I'll admit that it is a bit out of the ordinary, but I will offer what I know as something that might help.  The only way to know is to try, but I'd recommend you go to my completely free, pain relief website.  I'd recommend you begin with my main Neck Pain Relief page here, http://www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/neck-pain-relief.html
and then it sounds like you might want to do the Upper Back Pain Relief,
http://www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/upper-back-pain-relief.html
and then the Middle Back Pain Relief pages,
http://www.do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com/middle-back-pain-relief.html

If this is what you need then you should notice relief pretty quickly. And these techniques should not make things any worse, so I do think they are worth a try.  And  forgive me for the following quote that may apply to this situation:
"I have been impressed with the urgency of doing. Knowing is not enough; we must apply.  Being willing is not enough; we must do."
~ Leonardo da Vinci

I do hope my techniques help you.

All the best,
Gary Crowley
