Question
Dear Amelia,
I don't know if this is relevant to your expertise. I have "popping" joints - joints that let a "Pop!" when I move it in a certain direction. I have this popping joints with my jaw and shoulder joints. I wonder if I can successfully treat this problem with glucosamine. Please advice. Thanks.

Answer
My popping jaw is caused by TMJ http://health.yahoo.com/ency/healthwise/hw209469
Ask your doctor about these problems, especially if the popping causes pain.  From my personal experience, glucosamine/chondroitin hasn't stopped the popping, but your doc may have more information on that.  Good luck!
