Please comment on the last x-ray I had about a week ago, 17 months after the fracture of my right humerus bone (arm wrestling accident)?

Questions: I'm interested whether you think the healing is appropriate given the time passed (17 months)?
Also, would you say the healing is mostly complete? I'm planning to return to heavy weight training this week, though I'm still somewhat scared.

Additional:
I did not have surgery as the doctor opted for conservative treatment (with a sling), telling me that despite faster recovery via surgery, it's incomparably better if recovery can be achieved without the surgery. The doctors were generally satisfied with alignment, the only problem was that the bone was healing VERY slowly in the first 2-3 months or so.
Anyway, the alignment was done by extension (pulling the upper arm by the elbow down) and was then put into a sling.

Dear Josip,
This Chicago Podiatrist located in West Loop 60661,Roscoe Village 60618, Elmhurst 60126 & Bartlett 60103 says...
For your humerus fracture...
The weight training will actually strengthen the bone. Make sure you start with lighter weights (@ 40 lbs per arm for curls, @ 140 lbs pressing) and build up the repetitions with heavier weights over a period of a few weeks. The increasing weight will stimulate additional internal bone growth (trabeculae- the internal girders of bone). Although the x-rays appear to show good healing, it's a choice to be made by you and your doctor to resume training.
Hope This Helps!
and
Good Luck!
