If you are bending and lifting improperly this could be the cause of your lower back pain. Maybe you have a job where you are lifting parcels or looking after children that you have to pick up time and time again, and if this is the case you need to make sure that you are lifting and bending with your knees to avoid straining your back.

Treatment

Now in terms of treatment, there are also a few options that you need to be aware of. Of course you want to relieve your lower back pain as quickly as possible, and not just temporarily but for the long term of things. Depending on how serious your lower back pain condition is, medication may be enough to get you the relief that you are looking for.

Now in more serious cases, surgery may be an option. This is something that you are going to have be very serious about however, and your doctor for one is going to need to agree on you going through with the surgery. You will need to be an eligible candidate and ensure that you are not going to be putting yourself at risk by going through with the surgery.
