For completing the whole picture and giving a proper diagnosis, radiological tests and laboratory tests are very essential.

The most common symptoms of bone cancer in shoulder are:

Pain
Pain is a very common complaint from the people who have developed bone cancer. An achy and a dull pain is typically felt by them. They are woken up at night due to this pain. The pain usually worsens with activity. Sometimes, the pain becomes very severe if an occurrence of injury is found. For example, if a fracture occurs at the site of tumors such as tumerus near the shoulder, a patient may experience excruciating pain.

Fever
